"I Love You Always Forever"

The sun radiated through the window. I could feel the hot waves of light beating down on my face. Feeling the excitement welling inside of me, I watched as we passed other cars--red, yellow, silver, blue--anticipating our time of arrival. Looking to my left, I saw his beautiful face. His eyes seemed to be particularly blue that day, a baby blue so innocent and vivid they made me lose myself everytime I peered into them, as if I was melting into this warm pool of comfort and ecstasy. As he glanced away from the road, his charming smile revealed itself to me in the midst of his usual sexy scruff. Everything was so wonderfully bright-the present, the future. We were embarking on our first trip together.

Our destination was King's Dominion, a place for thrills and fast-paced fun for visitors who loved to be jostled topsy-turvy on speeding roller coasters. While typically my idea of adventure, I wasn't focused on such asinine musings. Dan had work to do and I simply wanted to follow him wherever he went like a lost little puppy. I wanted to do what seemed to be impossible at the time--form an ever closer bond with him. I saw this as a wonderful opportunity to better explore each other's hearts, bodies, and minds. Dan was my greatest and most fascinating mystery. He was every happy moment I could ever dream of. He was my first love.

As I looked around the car in an effort to settle my undying restlessness, I leaned into Dan and felt his arm wrap around me. I welcomed the feeling as it drew us closer. Everytime we touched, I felt safe, protected, intoxicated. As he continued to drive us to our first precious memory together, I took a deep breath, inhaling his heavenly scent. I felt his light kiss on my forehead. My heart leapt in excitement.

I was simply in love.
